Sunny Saturday

There is nothing better then waking up on a spring morning , birds chirping , sun shining, and getting in a good workout in the fresh air ! My best friend Kate from Swoon Collection and I always love spending time down on the canal, catching up, having girl talk, planning new diets with each other, catching some rays and showing off fun new workout clothes. Today we were blessed with a beautiful spring day and we jumped at the chance to put on our tennies and head down to the waterfront! Happy Saturday everyone :)
